Brownies

2 Eggs
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Shortening
3 T. Cocoa
1/2 c. Milk
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 c. Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. nutmeats

Frosting

1 c. Sugar
1/2 Stick Oleo
1/3 c. Milk
2 T. Cocoa

Brownies:
Cream shortening and sugar well. Add eggs, vanilla and cocoa. Add milk and dry ingredients and nuts. No time or degree was given by Mom but I think I have baked them at 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes until just about done and then put small marshmallows all over top and return to oven till they soft. Then spread with spoon over top. Cool and frost.

Frosting:
Bring to boil and cook 1 minute. Put this pan into another pan of cool water and occasionally beat until thickened and then frost the brownies
