6 Medium Potatoes
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
3 T. Butter
1 c. Grated Cheese (save 1/2 c.)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes thin. (Layer in 2 qt. casserole) the potatoes, seasoning, grated cheese and soup. Do this in layers until potatoes, cheese and soup are used. Dot with butter. Pour milk over top, cover and bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until potatoes are cooked, Remove from oven, sprinkle rest of cheese over top and return to oven to melt cheese with cover off.
