2 lbs. chicken wing parts
2 T. melted butter
3 T. hot wing sauce
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Blue Cheese Dip:
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 T. white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken with butter and seasoning and place in ziplock bag. Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Drain and discard marinade. Broil 4-5 inches from hi broiler 10 minutes. Turn and broil 10-15 minutes more, adjusting temperature as needed. Serve with Blue Cheese Dip and celery.
