1 box of Pillsbury pie crust
2 1/2 C finely chopped walnuts
1/4 C brown sugar
2 T granulated sugar
1 1/2 t cinnamon
3/4 C butter melted and cooled
3/4 C honey
1 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Press pie crust into greased pie plate. Mix walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour 1/4 C melted butter over the pie crust, then spread the walnut mix over top. Drizzle rest of butter on walnuts. Top with the second crust, seal edges and flute. Bake 45-55 min in 325 oven or until golden brown. Five minutes before done, cook honey and lemon juice until mix is watery consistency. Pour this over the hot pie, making sure it seeps into the pie slits. Cool before serving and garnish with whippping cream.
