1 1/2 cups self-rising cornmeal
1/6 cup sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
16 oz sour cream
1 can creamed style corn

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour in greased loaf or Bundt pan. Bake 45 - 50 minutes, depending on pan. Insert toothpick to test for doneness.
Serve with honey butter. (1 cup softened butter and 1/3 cup honey combined)
