2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. seedless grapes, cut in half
1/2 c. chopped almonds, toasted
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl.
Combine mayonnaise/salad dressing, onion, salt, and pepper if desired.
Add to the chicken mixture, stirring gently.

**I have used the little cans of breast meat chicken, about three small cans. This works well.
