1 1/2 lbs potatoes
1 C. peas
3 T. minced onion
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes, cut in quarters, or use small red potatoes. Cook in boiling water until fork tender, add peas & onion the last few minutes; drain. Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour, then stir in milk, cook until thick & bubbly, combine with veggies.
Salt and pepper to taste.

When we had a garden, we made this with new potatoes and fresh peas, now I make it with frozen peas and storebought potatoes. Its still good!
