9 inch pie shell, baked
2/3 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. flour
3 cups milk
3 eggs yolks, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in sauce pan; sugar, salt, corn starch and flour.
Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir at least 1 cup of the hot mixture slowly into the 3 slightly beaten egg yolks. Then blend into the hot mixture in sauce pan. Pour into pie shell. Let cool.
