"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

10 1/2 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 c dry roasted peanuts

Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Melt butter, add milk and chocolate chips. Stir until chips have melted. Blend well. Mix marshmallows and peanuts in a large bowl. Add melted chocolate mixture and stir until the peanuts and marshmallows are coated.
Note: Let the mixture cool before adding to the peanuts and marshmallows. If it is too hot the marshmallows will melt, but should still be warm enough to coat.
Line a 9X13 pan with waxed paper. Spread mixture evenly and chill at least 4 hours before cutting. (May be made the night before.) Cut into squares.

Enjoy!
