2 boxes frozen cauliflower thawed or if using fresh cauliflower steam and drain
1/2 lb percitelli or bucatini broken into small pieces - cooked and drained
1/2 cup olive oil
salt
black pepper (lots)
granulated garlic

Directions:

Brown garlic in olive oil,
Add cauliflower, salt, pepper
Cook 1/2 hour breaking up cauliflower
Add some water if too dry

Personal Notes:
Mom always used granulated garlic (in everything!!) and frozen cauliflower, but you can use minced garlic and fresh cauliflower.
