1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup sour or sweet milk
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 cup zucchini, grated
1/2 cup chocolate chips, optional
1/2 cup raisins, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, oil, eggs, milk, vinegar and vanilla. Add in flour, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, soda and salt, mix well. Add zucchini, pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup raisins if desired.
