1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour milk
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups rhubarb, diced

TOPPING
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugars, eggs and milk. Blend in flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Add rhubarb. Pour
into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine sugars and cinnamon, sprinkle over cake batter. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. This cake becomes more moist as it stands. It is actually better if made a day ahead.
