19 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated (room temperature)
5 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
Sweet Hungarian paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, butter, mustard and onion in food processor. Blend until smooth. Add enough paprika to give a rosy color. Refrigerate. Best if prepared 2-3 days in advance. Remove from refrigerator 3-4 hours prior to serving.
