8-10 chicken wings or 4-5 chicken thighs
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. unflavored Adolph's

Directions:
Directions:
If using wings, cut each wing into 3 pieces and discard tips. Combine cornstarch and garlic salt. Dip chicken pieces into egg and roll in cornstarch and garlic salt mixture. Brown in hot oil. Make sauce by combining broth, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and Adolph's. Pour over browned chicken in a casserole. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
