3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lbs pork spareribs (I like boneless country style)
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first nine ingredients in a slow cooker. Cut the ribs into serving-size pieces; brown in a skillet in oil. Transfer to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until tender. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
