Leftover meats
Chopped onion
Flour tortilla
Shredded cheese
Leftover vegetables /corn, olives, potatoes, peppers
Garlic
Salsa
Sour Cream
Guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Saute left over meats, add onion, garlic & leftover vegetables. When heated or cooked, spread over 1 flour tortilla, add cheese, place in lightly oiled fry pan, top with a 2nd tortilla, cook until hot and lightly browned, turn & brown other side. Slice like a pizza into wedges. Serve with salsa, sour cream or guacamole.

The amounts are guesstimated, we have used anything from deer or elk steak to chopped turkey to bear steak (excellent by the way!) Just add enough shredded cheese to hold it all together. Always popular! Try it with our homemade guacamole!
