10 -20 chicken wings, tipped & disjointed
1 C. water
1 C. soy sauce
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. pineapple juice
1/4 C. oil
1 clove garlic
1 slice ginger root

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except chicken) Cut wings into 3 sections, discard tips. Sometimes you can buy them already disjointed. Marinate overnight, or at least 8 hours in a ziplock bag, turn once to make sure all pieces are covered.
Bake in 350º oven 1 1/4 hours, pour off marinade last 15 minutes to crisp some.
