8 cups chicken stock
3/4 tsp. salt
3 large carrots, peeled and thickly sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup fine egg noodles, uncooked
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. fresh dill, snipped

Directions:
In large sauce pan over high heat, bring stock and salt to a boil. Add carrots, celery and pepper. Lower heat and simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in noodles and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender. Add remaining ingredients; cook, uncovered 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
