2 lb lean ground beef
1 cup of finely chopped red bell pepper
1 1/2 cup of finely chopped celery
1 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups ketchup
2 cups water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp red wine
1 1/3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp crushed red peppers

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven on medium-high heat brown 1 lb of the beef at a time.
Stir & chop as it is browning to get it into very small pieces.
Drain ground round.
Saute the peppers, celery, onion & garlic. Stir & cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in drained beef and the rest of the ingredients & bring to a boil.
Reduce heat & simmer for about 1 1/4 hours or until the mixture thickens. Stir occasionally
