1(10oz.)package frozen chopped spinach
2(13 3/4-oz) cans artichoke hearts
1/2 c.mayonnaise
1/2 c.sour cream
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1 c. grated pepper jack cheese
Garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the spinach in microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry.Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop in a food processor.combine all the ingredients except the jack cheese in a large bowl.Stir well.Scrape into prepared casserole dish and sprinkle jack cheese on top.Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
