1 1/4 C. milk
3 eggs
5/8 C. oil
3/4 C. sugar, (white or brown)
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp salt
3 3/4 C. oatmeal– (old fashioned)
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
2 apples, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, eggs and oil, stir in sugar, baking powder, salt and oatmeal. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and apples. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake @ 350° about 30 min. until firm in the middle. Serve hot or cold with milk and sugar. Or just eat it plain!
