1 15 oz. pkg. pie crust
1/3 c margarine or butter
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2/3 cup milk
1 can mixed vegetables (package of frozen vegetables may be substituted)
3 cups boned cooked chicken

Melt margarine in sauce pan. Add onions: cook 2 minutes. Add flour salt and pepper. Stir until well blended. Gradually add broth and milk. Cook until bubbly and thickened. Add chicken and vegetables, mix well. Spoon mixture into crust lined pan. Top with second crust. Seal edges. Cut slits in several places in top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Set stand 5 minutes before serving.
