1 pound pork tenderloin
cut into 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 x 5 inch strips
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Chinese Five Spice
1 tsp. sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. Hoisin sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together salt, pepper, Chinese five spice, sherry, soy sauce and Hoisin sauce to make marinate. Marinate pork in refrigerator 3-4 hours. Bake at 350º on a roasting rack, 25 minutes on each side. Slice when cooled. Serve with hot mustard (see note) and toasted sesame seeds.

To prepare hot mustard, combine dry hot mustard with water or beer until desired consistency. Mix until smooth.
