1 lb ground turkey
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
¼ c. onions, finely chopped
1 egg
1 tbl chicken flavored-bouillon

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
2 tbl brown sugar
2 tbl cider vinegar
2 tbl cornstarch
1 tbl soy sauce
1½ c. crushed pineapple
2 tbl smoked barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Form into half-dollar sized meatballs. Cook on top of stove or in the oven. If using a fry pan, carefully turn meatballs to keep them from breaking and cover with a lid. Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. If using oven, bake at 350º for 15-20 min.

Combine all ingredients for sauce except vinegar. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens. Remove from burner and stir in vinegar. Pour over meatballs and serve with steamed rice.
