48 Wonton Wrappers
1 c. fresh or canned crabmeat, drained
1 c. cream cheese
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp soy sauce
2 tsp onion, minced
1½ green onion, minced
Pepper to taste
1 garlic clove, minced
Water for wetting wrappers
4 c. oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
Cover wonton wrappers with damp towel to prevent from drying; set aside. Flake the crabmeat with a fork; add cream cheese then mix in remaining ingredients. Lay a wonton wrapper down and add a heaping tbl of mixture to the middle of the wrapper, not getting too close to the sides. Use your finger to wet all sides of the wrapper with water. Fold the bottom over the top to form a triangle or half moon if using round wrappers. Cover filled wontons with damp towel to prevent drying. Heat oil to 375. Fry a few wontons at a time for approximately 2-3 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Cool and serve.
