2 lbs country style ribs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp canola oil
1 14-oz can sauerkraut, drained
1 cup applesauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ribs and onion in oil until ribs are browned and onion is tender. Place into baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Cover and bake at 350º for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until ribs are tender.
