3 flour to 1 dry mustard (3 tsp flour - 1 tsp dry mustard)

Mix together and add to cloth such as a flour sack. Be careful to put enough layers between poultice and skin. If not, may irritate the skin.

I believe this is Grandma Biever's old recipe to cure any throat ailment you may have. Robyn would often get a sore throat when we would be there for a visit and Grandma Biever would whip this up and her sore throat would always be gone by morning! Thanks Grandma B!
