2 C drained beet water
2 C sugar
2 C vinegar (apple cider)
1 tsp whole cloves all spice
2 cinnamon sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and bring to boil. Pack beets in pt jars and pour juice over beets. Wipe tops of jars and seal.

Another canning recipe, but from Mom. Again had a lot of beets in the garden. Beginning to build up my basement cellar.
