1 pkg boneless chicken breasts
4 C water
1 C carrot chunks
2 C potatoe chunks
Chicken bouillon
Corn starch
Pie crust (enough for double crust)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken and brown in skillet with 1 T oil. Cut and peel potatoes and carrots. Cook in water on stove for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside with chicken. Add enough bouillon to 4 C water to taste. Thicken with corn starch and add vegetables and chicken. Fix pie crust and shape into 2 qt baking dish. Pour chicken and vegetable mixture into crust and top with a crust. Make a cut into top of crust and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
