Crust:
1 small pkg Oreo cookies crushed
1/2 C melted butter

Filling:
1 stick of butter
2 C confectioners sugar
2/3 C chocolate chips
1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Press crust into a 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate until well set. Slice 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream and pat over ther crust. Sprinkle 1 1/2 Spanish peanuts over ice cream. Place in freezer.

For fudge topping, combine ingredients and boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool and spread over ice cream and peanuts. Return to freezer. Serve with whipped cream and a cherry. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
