2 3/4 cup of whole milk
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mom's pinch of salt
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beaten eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt together. Heat milk in a pan until it just starts to boil. Add the egg mixture and mix. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 400º about 30 minutes, until crust is light brown and knife comes out clean. Should use a glass pie plate for this pie.
