Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 side of ribs- or 10 pounds
1 medium onion quartered
2 cloves
1 bay leaf
1 celery top
1 t thyme
¼ t fresh pepper
Place ribs in pot and barely cover with water. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 min. Drain and cool
Sauce:
12 oz can vegetable juice
1 C chili sauce
C catsup
½ C lemon juice
¼ C prepared mustard
¼ C vegetable oil
3 T Worcestershire sauce
3 T brown sugar
1 T lemon peel grated
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 chopped garlic clove

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil ribs to save cooking time on the grill.

Stir sauce together and bring to boil for 5-6 min. Dip ribs in sauce and grill or roast in oven for 40-45 min. In oven do 15 min at 425 then reduce oven to 325 for 30 minutes
