1/4 C. almonds, sliced and toasted
1 C. strawberries, sliced
12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cooked and cut into strips
4 C. baby greens

Poppyseed Dressing:
1/3 C. white sugar
1/2 C. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground dry mustard
1 tsp. grated onion
1 C. vegetable oil
1 T. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Toast almonds by placing in heavy, ungreased skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often until golden brown. I large salad bowl, combine strawberries, chicken, greens and almonds. Mix together well and toss with 6 to 8 T. Poppyseed Dressing.

Dressing: Combine sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard and onion in blender and mix for 20 seconds. On high gradually add oil in slow, steady stream. Stir in poppy seeds.
