2 pkgs. (3 oz.) strawberry jello
1 C. boiling water
1 can (1 lb., 4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
3 mashed bananas
2 pkgs. (10 1/2 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed
1 C. chopped nuts
1 pt. sour cream

(May substitute raspberries for strawberries and use raspberry gelatin.)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in large bowl. Fold in all at once the drained pineapple, bananas, nuts and strawberries with juice. Place 1/2 of mixture in serving bowl or 12" X 8" X 2" pan. Chill at least an hour, til firm. Spread sour cream over top. Cover with remaining gelatin mixture. Chill til firm. Serve from dish or cut into squares and place on lettuce-lined serving plate.
