Two racks of ribs.
Your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Fill cake pan 1/2 full of water and place on lower rack of oven.

Heat oven to 275บ. Brush both sides of ribs with sauce, OR - marinade in sauce overnight in the fridge.

Cover a large rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil. Spray sheet pan and the ribs lightly with cooking spray. Place on pan, backside down. Set pan on the middle oven rack. Slow roast 2-1/2 hours.

Remove from oven and increase heat to 350 degrees. Brush backside of ribs with more sauce and put back in oven for 15 min at the higher heat. Turn ribs over and Brush more sauce on the top side of ribs and bake for 15 more min.

Remove fm oven and let rest for 10 min before cutting.
