1 lb pork sausage
3 cups of hot cooked grits
2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3 T oleo
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until browned, drain well. Spoon into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Combine hot grits, cheese, and oleo. Stir until cheese and oleo melts. Combine eggs and milk, stir into grits, and pour over sausage in baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
