2 lbs lean ground meat
salt and pepper to taste
3 T cumin powder
garlic and onion powder to taste
1 can diced rotel tomatoes
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 cans Gephardt or Hormel Chile (without beans)
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 pack of flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown first 4 ingredients together. Add rotel and tomato sauce. Simmer about 10 minutes. Fill flour tortillas with mixture and roll up, placing in baking dish with seams on bottom. Pour both cans of chile on top, then cover with cheese. Bake at 350º until cheese is melted.
