3 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch of alum
1 tsp salt (uniodized)
1 section of fresh garlic
bell peppers sliced
vinegar
water
mason jars (pint)

Directions:
Directions:
Clean jars per directions on box.

Add olive oil, alum, salt & garlic to jar

Boil 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water

Put peppers in jar and pour water over peppers. Seal jars and turn upside down.

Add jalapeņos for a little kick!

If my memory serves me right they are perfect in 6 weeks!
