Ingredients: 1 lb butter 1 lb sour cream 2 lb flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/3 tsp vanilla Jam preserves 2 cups confectioners’ sugar

Directions:Take the soft butter and sour cream and mix it together. Then add baking soda and vanilla and mix again. Then place flour and mix really well. Then put the dough into the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.Then with the dough make 7-10 cm ball and roll our the dough into a thin layer spread it onto a cutting board and slice 9 sections that will look like triangles. Then add jam filling to the longer side of the triangle and roll to the tip forming a croissant. Preheat the oven to 350 and cook for 40 minutes. When hot dip them into a confectioners’ sugar for a better taste. |
