1 fryer or 6 large chicken breast
1 onion chopped
3 ribs of celery chopped
1 large pack flour tortillas (or 2 or 3 cans of biscuits)
salt and pepper to taste
1 large container of chicken broth
1 (or maybe 2) sticks of real butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in large pot with chopped onions, celery, salt, and pepper. Remove chicken and cut into pieces. Add container of chicken broth to the pot of broth, onion, and celery. Bring to boil. Cut tortillas in strips and drop in broth. When all have been placed in broth reduce heat, cover, and add butter. Let simmer on low heat about 1 hour, adding more broth if needed.

I like this made with the tortillas but the biscuits are good too. Gloria Brown taught me to add the butter, what a better taste it gives these dumplins.
