Ingredients:  
1 large fryer cooked and de-boned and cut in pieces (reserve broth)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can rotel tomatoes
2 cups of grated Cheddar cheese (I like more)
1 dozen uncooked flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Dip tortillas in chicken broth, then cut in quarters and line in slightly oiled 9 X 13 baking dish. Layer chicken, onion, pepper, and cheese. Repeat layers. Mix soups and rotel tomatoes together (do not drain) and pour over. Cover with extra cheese. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350º.
