1 (3 to 4 pound) brisket roast
meat tenderizer
pepper
garlic salt
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
seasoned salt
2 tablespoons liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Rub roast with meat tenderizer. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Rub with sauces and liquid smoke. Wrap with two sheets aluminum foil, seal edges. Bake 300º for 25 minutes per pound. (I cook mine longer).
