1 (5#) brisket / London broil
1 T. Cajun seasoning
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) can French onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Season brisket to taste. Pour mushroom soup into heavy pan with lid. Put brisket on rack on top of soup, then spoon onion soup over meat. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, then 3 hours at 200 degrees, Leave covered the whole time. Serve on buns.
