Lawry's Seasoning Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Hungarian paprika (to taste)

Rub roast with Lawry's and black pepper and sprinkle with paprika. Bring roast to room temperature and place in oven at 325º. Roast 18 minutes per pound for medium-rare.
