1 1/2 C all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 10oz. pkg. (1 1/2 c) Nestle toll house semi sweet chocolate morsels, divided - (they no longer make mint flavored, so you will need to ad 1 cap full of mint extract for flavor)
6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter softened
1 C Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
Confectioners Sugar

In bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt, set aside. melt 1 cup Nestle Toll house morsels, stir until smooth. In bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy and ad melted morsels and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in remaining 1/2 C morsels and mint extract. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Shape dough into 1 inch balls; coat with confectioners sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until tops appear cracked. Let stand 5 minutes on cookie sheet. Cool completely.
