10 Naval Oranges peeled and sliced into bite sized pieces
2 cans of mandarin oranges
1 jar maraschino cherries - remove stems
1 large can pineapple chunk's
1 bag mounds shredded cocoanut
2 cups orange juice - Or enough to cover fruit in bowl

Directions:
Directions:
Peel Oranges and cut slices into small bite sized pieces trying to reserve some of the juice- this is messy. Put into large storage bowl. Open remaining ingredients and ad to bowl. Stir and let sit in fridge for a day or two. Yum!

Longest part is peeling the oranges. Ambrosia tastes better after sitting in the fridge for a day or two, so this is a good dish to make ahead of time. Nana may have done this a bit differently, but it tastes pretty close to what I remember growing up.
