3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add molasses and egg and beat. Add dry ingredients. For 1" balls and roll in sugar. Place on greased sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-10 mins.
