5 lbs. spareribs
2-3 pieces ginger

Sauce:

1 C. sugar
1 C. ketchup
3/4 C. shoyu
1/3 C. oyster sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil ribs with ginger. Drain. Marinate ribs in sauce for 3 hours, preferably overnight. Broil in oven or over charcoal until done.
