1 box Pillsbury Plus white cake mix
1 1/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 egg whites
1 cup coarsely crushed Oreos

Frosting:

3 cups powered sugar
3/4 cup shortening
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour two 8 or 9 inch pound cake pans. In large bowl combine all cake ingredients except Oreo's at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Gently stir in crushed cookies.

Pour into pans. Bake at 350º for 25-35 minutes or toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely
.
Frosting:

In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar shortening, vanilla and egg whites. Blend well. Beat in remaining powdered sugar until frosting is smooth and creamy. Frost cake and garnish as desired.
