1 - 1 1/2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage
Olive oil
2 each of red, yellow & green bell peppers
1 sweet onion
Several cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Take 1-1 1/2 lbs. of Sweet Italian sausage and grill in a skillet with some olive oil. Slice them in half lengthwise, leave casing on.
Slice red, yellow and green peppers in any combination with a sweet onion and a couple cloves of minced or finely chopped garlic and saute in a separate pan. 2 of each pepper and a whole onion will yield more than enough for a family of 5-6. Service options: Serve over a bed of white rice.
Serve hoagie style with a nice, quality loaf of bread. Each sandwich will usually require two sausage halves. Use extra olive oil to saute vegetables as this leftover juice goes nicely on the sandwich.
